Our Policies
At North Loop Pet Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality care at prices everyone can afford. In order to accomplish this, our policies are slightly different than you would find at a typical clinic.
First-Come First-Served
We do not accept appointments for pet care. Customers will be seen in the order in which they arrive to the clinic. It is best to arrive early to ensure being seen in a timely manner.
Cutoff time for arrival to the clinic is
4pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays.
Please be sure to sign in upon arrival.
We accept cash, credit, and debit payments.
We do not accept checks. Estimates will be provided before any procedures will be performed.
